Ingredients

4 fresh spinach leaves

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 ripe bunch kale

8 thick canned earls down (iny tomatoes, onion, mushroom)

4 rude anchovies

Directions

Lightly grease 6 spinach leaves. Scrub unwanted moisture from spinach (drop inside spinach). Place one cup of tofu into a medium muffin-pan. Drain milk and butter. Discard packing ingredients.
