Easy White Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Grease and flour 2 10 inch round cake pans. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8 inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix with white sugar, pudding mix and oil until smooth. Beat in pudding mix, eggs and milk. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour over warm cake when serving. Chill overnight to allow fresh ingredients to spring into the cake.
