1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and seeded
In a blender, combine oil, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil; blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and whisk in tomatoes.
