1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup margarine
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup pecans
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup banana slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, honey, margarine, salt, eggs, margarine, pecans and strawberries with an electric mixer. 6 minutes, or until firmly blended. Pour mixture into cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn to cool completely. Brush occasionally with light sugar or milk.
