1 (14 ounce) can fruit flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
1 (10 ounce) can peeled and diced banana
1 tablespoon gluten-free milk
1 cup chopped blackberries
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups sliced black cherries
In a medium bowl, mix the fruit beverage, bananas, milk, and blackberries. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, mix the fruit beer and fruit juice mixture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the afternoon, mix the crushed pineapple and black cherries. Serve over salad greens, celery, potatoes, and salad greens. Garnish with dried apricots.
