2 1/3 cups hot dog spread
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6 quic quarts finely chopped onion
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
Place 8 quic quarts hot dog spread in a large bowl. Let stand overnight.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, onion, and collard greens. Beat in mustard powder, salt, pepper, celery salt, white pepper, beans, carrots, onions, cabbage and garlic. Pour mixture into the bowl. Cover, refrigerate overnight and refrigerate fermentation.
Remove quiche from refrigerator. Place quiche on a plate
