Spinach-Apple Seed Oat Meringue Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large apples - peeled, cored and diced

1 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups buttermilk

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease or lightly oil two 3/4 cup trimmable-cup baking pans.
