1 (9 inch) prepared graham cookie
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
In a medium bowl, prepare graham cookies with cream cheese. Beat cream cheese with strawberries.
In a medium bowl, mix pudding mix and strawberry flavored gelatin; stir into graham mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Beat egg and lemon zest into graham mixture. Stir in strawberries. Pop bottom of crust into punch bowl.
Fill pie with pie crust. Refrigerate at least one hour before cutting into 1 inch squares. Cut into 4 servings.
