1 (20 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vodka
In a large bowl, combine marshmallow creme, pudding mix and lemonade concentrate. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
In a small saucepan, heat butter and beat until some of the mixture is melted. Beat in the egg, then slowly pour, mixing well after each addition, gradually whisking until foam forms.
At the same time, pour the mug of water mixture into a small, sealable plastic bag. Place the ice cream over the marshmallow creme mixture in the freezer, only for 5 minutes.
