1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 (10 ounce) package large marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir brown sugar into butter mixture; mix well. Bring to a fast boil. Reduce heat to medium low; cook until marshmallow level, stirring occasionally. Stir syrup into butter mixture. Add marshmallow creme and almonds; heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is coated. Remove from heat.
