1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 cups apples, peeled and cored
4 cups brown sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour apple filling into crust.
Beat cream cheese and lemon-lime soda in small mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in brown sugar, lemon-lime soda, lemon juice, vanilla extract and remaining 3/4 cup apple filling. Pour into pie crust; cover. Chill in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
