1 (8 ounce) can diced celery with onion
2 (8 ounce) cans beef broth
1 bagel, broken into 1/2 inch strips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stuff celery with onion and beef broth. Top with celery strips, then cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
