1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried parsley and thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
4 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons broth
In a large bowl, combine onion, celery, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, parsley and sage. Mix well.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken; remove from skillet and place in the bowl. Pour broth over chicken and pour over the chicken. Stir chicken mixture, chicken bouillon and broth into the skillet. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Simmer 50 minutes.
Remove chicken from the broth and let cool.
