1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can hamburger spread
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix shredded cheese, cream cheese, margarine, and hamburger spread.
In a large bowl, mix milk, Swiss cheese, onion, and mushrooms. Stir until well blended. Spread mixture evenly into a 2 inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and golden.
