1 liquid smoke up
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cups lentils
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, lentils, garlic powder, oregano, tomato paste, and butter. Mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Mix in the sour cream. Serve at room temperature or reheat in the microwave or on your favorite pasta machine.
