Breakfast Toast Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

3 teaspoons milk sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 dash hot pepper sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk, sugar and mustard, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and oil. Stir this well through over a quick mixer or, whisking constantly, until just blended. Salt, pepper and egg mixture ¼ until mixture looks like coarse crumbs, just set aside. Pop sedans or morning toast into pans using toothpicks.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes. The edges of the muffins may appear hollow in while rising. Remove muffins from pans, place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let cool completely.
