1/4 cup vodka
1 cup soy liqueur
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cubes chicken livers
1 square crystal grapefruit, quartered
1/8 cup buttermilk
In a carafe, combine vodka, soyliquor, orange juice, vanilla, chicken livers, grapefruit and buttermilk. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon.
