2 bone-in medium steaks steak
1/4 white wine
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 bay leaf
4 slices American cheese bread
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 (04.5 ounce) can horseradish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Cut the steaks to size desired (about 1/4 inch thick). Discard bone or muscle meat. Cut celery. Place steak in a steamer pan. Cover with tomato sauce. Pour seasonings over steaks. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), about 3 minutes.
