Coffee Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup instant coffee

1 cup white sugar

1 (15 ounce) can frozen heavy cream

1 (4 ounce) can malt sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1 (.25 ounce) package unsweetened non-dairy creamer

1 cup dry instant chocolate pudding mix

2 egg whites

1 cup confectioners' sugar, divided

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large saucepan, combine instant coffee, sugar, and cream. Microwave until mixture boils rapidly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and gradually stir in remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk. Stir pudding and egg whites until all ingredients are warm. Pour into pie shell.

Isolate and decorate shell; press reserved pudding mixture into center of pastry shell. Top with confectioners' sugar and chocolate chips. Chill 1 hour before serving.
