1 (10 ounce) package dry sweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bacon
1 (22 ounce) can marshmallows
In a medium saucepan, bring pineapple juice to a boil, and remove from heat. Stir in apple juice, honey, and boiling water. Cover, and refrigerate until cool enough to handle.
In a large bowl, mix fruit and vegetables, mixed vegetables, and bacon. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Fold in marshmallows.
