1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or tart tarts.
Stir melted butter, nutmeg, eggs, mayonnaise, cream cheese, vanilla, and pecans into a medium bowl.
Dredge bananas in lemon juice, set aside.
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, pecans, and bananas into the blender bowl. Blend in the sliced pecans, mixed berries, and garlic. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until lightly browned.
