1/2 cup cup butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup molasses
2 egg whites
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup milk
5 teaspoons coffee spray
Pour butter into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, molasses and egg whites. Bring to a rapid boil over medium hot water. Return mixture to pan, stirring constantly, until fairly light and fluffy. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and evaporated milk to heat milk through. Blend in coffee spray and serve puree in small bowl 3 to 4 minutes. Serve chilled.
