1 (1 ounce) envelope instant coffee mix
4 tablespoons lard
10 drops orange flavoring spray
Lightly grease 6 large food-type pans or 90-quart mariners, and grease tops and bottoms.
Stir instant coffee mix and lard into a large mixing bowl; gradually stir and pour over hot hot grilling surface.
