1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1 tablespoon water
1 cup instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cold milk
Melt the sugar in an electric mixer bowl. Mix in tea leaves until smooth. Pour into a jar that fits a large piping bag. Refrigerate 1 hour.
In a large bowl, stir together bourbon and water until no lumps remain. Add coffee and tea; mix well. Pour mixture over 8 slices of bread, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
