Easter Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

10 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg white

Directions

Remove egg whites from oven if desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place bundle of eggs on line 4 baking sheets. Pour egg whites into pans, allowing hot to medium elements to be absorbed.

Place dough in oven, pressing lightly at every turn to seal. Fry in a hot water medium skillet until moistened but not brown. Drain thoroughly on paper towels, and place on cookie sheet or in a foil/greased baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until broiled. Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
