Taco Almond Tortilla Chips Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

1 (3 ounce) can sliced green olives, drained

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

1/4 cup black beans, drained

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place the taco seasoning mix in the bottom of a well-greased 8 inch square baking dish. Spread broccoli evenly over the seasoned cheese. Sprinkle with the white taco sauce.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until firm. Drain liquid from broccoli and lay pita in foil to keep it from drying out. Sprinkle with tomato salsa, if desired.

Top with the lettuce and tomato mixture, followed by sour cream, taco sauce, beans, cheese, oil, and pita.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until heated through. Chill lettuce before serving.
