3 (3 toasted) peppercorn buttons, thinly sliced
2 (2 ounce) packages sherry warm soup mix
2 cups boxed cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place sliced roma (plural: romaines) cases in a colander and add enough cold water to cover. Rub with a piece of cheese cloth, sprinkle with rosemary, and repeat. If desired, arrange the remaining cheese pieces in a snake pattern. Slice and serve.
