1 pound cooked ham
1 pound cooked ham, sliced
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham in a large roasting pan. Roast uncovered for 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove ham from pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the Swiss cheese, cream cheese, butter, onion, mushrooms, celery, green pepper and onions. Mix well and spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and place in a large bowl. Mix the egg, cream cheese, green onions and Cheddar cheese. Spread mixture over the ham.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 10 minutes.
