2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup honey
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and honey. Mix until smooth. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in the lemon juice or sugar. Serve immediately.
