1 (25 ounce) can Guinness brewed beer
1 (30 ounce) can Guinness stout
1 cup Irish whiskey
2 quarts cornmeal
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Combine Guinness and stout, Irish whiskey and cornmeal; mix thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container in your refrigerator.
Remove coal from oven and sprinkle on top of bread and cookie sheets.
Roast for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Serve warm. If desired, garnish with Guinness pie crust decoration.
