1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 red onion, sliced
6 almonds
1 tablespoon peaches and cherries
1 carrot, cut into 1 inch rounds
1 onion, sliced
8 ounces fresh or frozen strawberry jam
2 (28 ounce) cans diced dried apricots
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach
1 cup chopped black sesame seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced cherries
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 slices Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, toss together fruit and onion slices and flip slices over.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, sautefruit with the olive oil until golden. Add sliced fruit and onion and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries and sugar. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
When fruit and onion are heated through, stir in apricots, nuts, strawberries, nuts, cherries, green bell peppers, green onions and cheese. Stir just until blended. Serve warm.
