Oat Flour Cream Stuffed Peaches Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup cornflakes cereal

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans

3 eggs

1/2 cup oat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, mix the cornflakes cereal, butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar, pecans, eggs, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, brushing with egg mixture several times. Cool, and keep warm.
