Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

1 cup sliced almonds

1 clove garlic

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 dash sage

3/4 cup diced fresh thyme

3/8 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/8 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix butter, almonds, garlic, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley and walnuts.

Heat a large saucepan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute almonds, garlic, oregano, rosemary and sage until lightly browned. On a clean baking sheet, gently spread butter mixture evenly over almonds, garlic and oregano.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt melted butter, stirring constantly until melted; pour over almonds, garlic, oregano, rosemary and sage.
